We recently stayed at Grecotel in Agios Fokas for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The unique design of the hotel and our cozy bungalow with a sea view made our stay extra special. The restaurant buffet and open terrace of the lobby bar provided great views while enjoying delicious meals and drinks. We highly recommend the Premium Plus program for unlimited food and drinks. The hotel staff were amazing, making us feel right at home with their positive attitude. We can't wait to come back!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

impressed by excellent staff who all went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Lovely bellboy who made particular efforts to show interest in our holiday and to present room facilities. Lovely 2 floor maisonette style apartment room - nice balcony overlooking the pool and as per our request for evening sunshine. Hotel also responded to our request for late checkout by allocating an alternative room to allow us to shower prior to departure. Complimentary wine and water nice touch. Beautiful a la carte meal in upper floor restaurant - excellent service. Lovely clean and well maintained grounds with choice of pools and beach. Well stocked mini mart. Fantastic breakfast choice.
Unfortunate setting near to sewerage plant - odours can be smelt at times. Expected a slightly more exclusive, adult experience... in reality the hotel does seem to cater for families on an all inclusive deal/package. Whilst this is not a direct criticism of the hotel we did feel the hotel is sold as spa luxury experience which in reality appeared to be a quality family hotel. We enjoyed our one night stay very much, having spent the previous fortnight on Patmos...but wouldn't choose for a longer break. Although I would definitely recommend to friends with kids, who wish to stay on larger Greek island.

The guestrooms at Grecotel Kos Imperial are simply breathtaking! The sweeping views of the sea and palmerai make me feel like I'm in paradise. As a business traveler, this serene atmosphere helps me unwind after a long day.
Personally, I found the room service a tad slow, but hey, that's just my taste!

The pools and the gardens are great
The beach in front of the hotel is not so good. The location of the hotel (Psalidi) probably has the least good beaches of the island. If you want majestic beaches you should go at Kefalos. The hotel is a massive hotel so peace and quite at the pool front is not guaranteed.

This hotel provided luxurious facilities that fully met my high-end expectations. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered perfect relaxation and enjoyment. The massage and beauty treatments provided at the spa centre were of a high standard. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes. In-room breakfast and private facilities added an extra touch of exclusivity and comfort. The location, nestled in immaculately presented gardens, provided peace and tranquillity, offering the perfect escape from busy life.
There was only one minor issue I encountered during my stay - the service at the snack bar was slow. However, this did not detract from my overall experience as the level of service throughout the rest of the hotel was exceptional.

A top-notch food and beverage selection to be enjoyed throughout the day, including lavish breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The breakfast spread was a veritable feast fit for Greek gods, with a mouthwatering selection of pastries, fresh fruits, and delicious hot dishes.
Lack of prompt maintenance.
